I Vie Infusions is locally owned and run in Fresno by people who have spent their careers in infusion care.
Our story
I Vie was the idea of an infusion nurse and two colleagues and friends. All three were dedicated to their patients and, above all, to their quality of life.
Over the 20 years they had known each other, each had cared for patients whose treatment goals were helped by enhanced vitamin therapy. In 2015, research began into what patients needed, the best products available and the best ways to provide them.
In 2023 it became a reality. They brought that research together with a passion for better health and for improving the quality of life of people who want to live a good life through health and wellness.
At I Vie Infusions, we believe health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.

Who you’ll meet
John F. Burnett, MD
Dr. Burnett grew up in Bakersfield and has been in practice in Fresno for 40 years. He believed in I Vie from the start, helped found it, and has been its rock ever since. He is a board-certified general and plastic surgeon whose practice includes reconstructive, cosmetic and hand surgery, along with nonsurgical treatments.
Clinical services at I Vie are provided under medical direction. Treatment eligibility and orders are determined by a licensed provider, and registered nurses administer ordered therapies and monitor patients within RN scope and clinic procedures.
Giving back matters to Dr. Burnett. He founded Mighty Moms Foundation, a nonprofit that provides resources and financial assistance for women struggling with the economic burden of cancer treatment. Away from work he enjoys skiing, restoring old vehicles, golf and racing his sand dragster.
Theresa Dunaway
Theresa is originally from the Fresno area and has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. She has worked in immunology, oncology, gastroenterology, hematology, palliative and hospice medicine, and addiction medicine. In each of these areas, infusion was central to her patients’ care.
Her interest in vitamin infusions started in 2015, and she has studied the field ever since so she can educate our patients as well. Theresa’s role is clinical nursing care and the administration of provider-ordered therapies within RN scope, applicable standardized procedures and clinic policies.
Theresa believes health and beauty come from the inside out, and that feeling good is essential to living the good life. She enjoys music, concerts, travel and time with family, especially her three boys, and is always ready for a painting party with friends.
Marianne Angelillo
Marianne was a highly experienced and compassionate registered nurse with over 20 years of expertise in complex chronic disease and pediatric intensive care. Known for her exceptional clinical skill and dedication to patients, she made significant contributions to nursing, particularly in pediatric critical care and IV therapy.
She believed in integrative, patient-centered care that addresses the physical, emotional and psychosocial needs of patients.

Because we are locally owned, we can build lasting relationships with our patients, respond to their changing needs and provide a more personal level of care. Our patients are members of our community, not appointment numbers.
