What jet lag is, and why flights dry you out
Jet lag happens when you cross time zones faster than your body clock can follow. You’re tired at noon and wide awake at 3 a.m. Flying east is usually harder than flying west, and it can take several days to feel normal.
The flight itself adds to it. Cabin air is dry, most people drink less water than usual, and airport coffee and an in-flight drink or two don’t help.
What the IV does, and what it doesn’t
An IV can’t move your body clock. What it does is rehydrate you fast and deliver vitamins and minerals straight to your bloodstream, which is why travelers book it the day they land or the day before a big trip.
For the body clock itself: get outside in morning daylight at your destination, sleep on the local schedule, and go easy on alcohol and late caffeine.

- Work trips and teams: up to six chairs at once.

Jet lag IV questions
Can an IV help with jet lag?
It can help with the part that comes from the flight: dehydration and feeling run down. An IV can’t reset your body clock; daylight and sleep timing do that. Many travelers just feel better once they’re rehydrated.
Which drip should I get?
Most people pick Basic Hydration ($140) to catch up on fluids, The Essentials ($250) for a fuller vitamin reset, or the Gold Standard ($200). Traveling in cold and flu season? Ask about Immune Muscle ($250). The nurse will help you choose.
Before the trip or after?
Either. Some people come the day before a long flight; most come the day after they land. Book your landing-day chair before you leave.
