What is T-Shape 2?
T-Shape 2 is a non-invasive body treatment device that combines bipolar radiofrequency, infrared light and vacuum massage in one handpiece. There are no needles, no incisions and no anesthesia.
What is T-Shape 2 FDA-cleared for?
T-Shape 2 is FDA-cleared (510(k) K231092) for the temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite, temporary improvement of local blood circulation, relief of minor muscle aches and pains, and relief of muscle spasm. FDA-cleared is not the same as FDA-approved.
Does T-Shape 2 remove fat or cause weight loss?
No. T-Shape 2 is not a weight-loss or fat-removal treatment. It is cleared to temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite. If your goal is to change your shape, our medical director, a board-certified plastic surgeon, can talk with you about other options.
What does it feel like?
Most people describe it as a warm, deep massage. You can return to your normal activities right after your session.
How long is a session?
About 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people do a series of sessions, and results are temporary, so maintenance visits are common. We’ll recommend a plan for you at your consultation.
